How are the tickets delivered?
After purchasing your ticket online, with the evolution of electronic tickets (known as an E-Ticket) & email, we are able to distribute your E-Ticket to your email address that you have provided with the booking, however you should print your confirmation screen and this will act as your receipt. A

Will I have to give my credit card information over the net?

I saw an ad for a flight with a better price. Why is it that I do not get this price via Netvacations.ca?
There are two possible reasons:

Firstly, we only display available seats. It is possible that the price you saw is now sold out.

Secondly, it is possible that a special fare is being offered by a re-seller that has already purchased seats from an airline and which they are re-selling to the public.

Should l buy travel insurance even if I'am paying with my credit card?
We will always recommend insurance for the unknown that can occur. We have had people book one day and had a need to cancel the very next day.
In a emergency this is the only way to ensure a refund of your monies. Please keep in mind when you are making the decision about your travel insurance needs, travel with peace of mind that you are protected by a truly travel insurance company that specialises in your protection and not some bank that offers this service as an added value to have you bank with them!
