Our response :

Cuban currency (tourist pesos) are only available at destination. You can buy them either at the hotel or at the airport (there not really any difference).

If at the end of your stay you still have Cuban money, we recommend that you convert them to Canadian dollars before departure.

It is impossible to exchange when you return to Quebec.
